A firstfloor double room of 27m2 which is mainly available in the high season period and appreciated by the passersby and short term stayers.
Kingsize four poster bed. Except the baby cot there is no possibility to add extra sleeping accomodation.
The room is climatised by a Dyson fan equipment. Coffee and tea table as well as a mini cooler are at your disposal.
The biggest asset of this room is the direct access to the spacious private terrace with seatings and countryside view.
The private bathroom is in the hallway next to the room. At your arrival you are provided in bathrobes. The bathroom is equiped by a bath tub & italian shower. Hairdryer, Free toileteries & Towels, as well as pool towels are at your disposal.

Jacuzzi - Hot Tub - Pool
Hot Tub has to be reserved 24hours in advance and since the rise of energy prices it involves a complementary fee of 10€ a day. The seasonal pool is accessible as soon as the mild temperatures arise. All towels are provided.
Meals
Daily continental breakfast table served in groundfloor lounge with view on the pool so you can start your day the right way. The pool side kitchen is at your disposal for all your self catering initiatives on the spot.
RATES of the ROOM
Include all services as well as the daily continental breakfast menu. You book directly with the property owners so there are no extra's or hidden charges, such as reservationteam wage and commissions. If you visit in group and wish to reserve several rooms do contact for adadpted pricing.
High season runs from 21 th of june till the 31 th of august. In high season we usually request a stay of 3 nights.
