Our "Lodge" Accomodation
A spacious holiday accommodation (115m2) on the ground floor, easily accessible to all and fully designed for visitors with reduced mobility. This Lodge for 2 or 4 to 5 persons offers you absolute privacy through its dedicated entrance, terrace with barbecue and garden. Feeling comfortable & at home while on vacation
The "Fully" Private
A peaceful, private lodge, offering direct river view Ideally located for a spur of the moment, a romantic weekend away, or a long interregional explorer stay.
There is a living room with an open kitchen and large windows letting in lots of light. From the kitchen living room you walk through the windowdoors to the terrace with a river view. Alle spaces are heated and cooled in function of the season.
A cozy & luxurious livingkitchen which is equipped with all amenities. The kitchen area is well equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as a washing machine. Furthermore there is an extensive range of small kitchen facilities such as grill, bread machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster... By the kitchen you have a direct access to the terass and barbecue area so the easy & convivial cooking is garanteed.
The accomodation provides in two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has been specially designed for visitors with reduced mobility. The first bedroom provides in a double kingsize of 1m80. The largest bedroom has a "modular Set up" meaning it can provide in three singles beds -or- one doublebed of 180 & a single one personbed. This "modular room" has its own ensuite bathroom. Each bathroom provides you in a rainshower, double sinks and toilet. At arrival you're equipped with robes, fleecy towels, hairdryer and ecological toiletries.
Pricing
You book directly with the property owners so there are no extra's or hidden charges, such as reservation fees and commissions. Bath & bed linen as well as pool towels, usual taxes are included in the rental price. The costs for the normal use of electricity and water are also included in the rental price. So no hidden costs.
Flexibility, check-in on ANY day of the week!
High season runs from 21 th of june till the 31 th of august. In high season we usually request a stay of 3 nights for the "Independant Lodge". In low season it can be rented as from 2 nights.
On request the Independant can also be rented with one bedroom only on base of two persons formula. Do contact for adadpted pricing

Terms of Sale of the Independant
During high season we prefer minimum stays of 3 nights. The longer stays do benefit of more interesting rates. If you visit in group and wish to reserve several accomodations do contact for adadpted pricing.

An extra bed for a fith person is possible in the second bed room. An extra person in the room is charged 20 € per night. If the person is younger than 9 the supplement is of 12€ only. For children up to 2 years, we charge 5€ per night. A travel cot, highchair, bottle heater and changing mat wil be available please inform us in advance if you prefer bringing your own baby accessoiries.
The end of stay clean service will take care of everything except the kitchen area which must be left clean and all washing-up done and tidied away.
A small to medium-sized pet dog is allowed upon prior request when booking. Dogs are not allowed at the pool area. When walking in the common garden and the park, you are asked to keep your dog on a leash at all times. On request we can put your a free dog crate for the sleeping confort of your travel companion. The end of stay cleaning will be increased of 15€
